Owner was excellent and helpful towards me. I really appreciate his kindness and I didn't have any issues with the car I rented. Will rent from him in the future and recommend him to others for their rental needs.
My car broke down and I needed a quick rental last minute The manager stayed late and waited for me to pick up car! He gave me a great rate and good service! And I will definitely use auto rider again if I need a rental car!!
We had sold both of our cars and needed a rental for several days until we bought one car. None of the "name brand" rental companies fit our needs. They were either too expensive or did not have any cars available. What were we to do? I just happened to find a nearby car dealer/rental dealer who had rental cars available at a better price than the others. The cars may not be late model, but they get you from point to point. Otto is the owner and made the transaction quite easy. If we need another rental in the future, I will seek him out first at Auto Rider.
Clean and dependable cars for rent very respectable people and family owned their services are wonderful! I highly recommend !!
The manager was very kind and helpful! Great overall service! They will take care of you
